(TSX-V: BLM,\n \"BluMetric\" or the \"Company\") announces a change in its fiscal\n year-end, from August 31 to September 30, with effect from the fiscal\n year-end commencing September 30, 2013.  The change in fiscal year-end\n to a calendar quarter better aligns the Company with other public\n companies, and facilitates the investment community's ability to\n compare the Company's financial performance with comparable public\n companies.
