Talley has stepped down from the Board of Directors of the Company, effective immediately, to focus on his health and family. Dr. Talley has been a valued member of the Board since March 27, 2019, and served as the Company's Board Chair and a member of the Audit Committee.Mr. Ian Mor Macdonald, currently the Audit Committee Chair, will also assume the role of Board Chair.
