(NASDAQ: BJDX) (“Bluejay”, “the Company”), a late-stage, pre-revenue diagnostics company focused on developing cost-effective, rapid, near-patient products for triage and monitoring of disease progression, today announced that Kenneth Fisher, CPA, has joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective March 23, 2022. He will report to Neil Dey, Chief Executive Officer. Gordon Kinder resigned his position as CFO to pursue other professional interests. Mr. Fisher is an accomplished financial professional and Certified Public Accountant. He has enjoyed a 20-year, multi-faceted career in the public accounting and financial services industries. Most recently, he was a senior executive with a $6.6 billion NASDAQ-listed financial institution. Mr. Fisher will be responsible for the finance, investor relations, accounting and administrative operations of the Company and provide support to commercial operations and business development. “I am very pleased to welcome Ken to Bluejay.
