(the \"Company\") (OTCPK:BWVI) and Guy Beard Designs LLC., announced today that they have executed a letter of intent outlining a venture to design, produce and market an exclusive line of jewelry. This jewelry line will consist of a broad range of pieces with a nautical or treasure related theme and will include pieces set with original natural, salt water pearls supplied by the Company.\n\n\tMargarita Pearl Collection\n\n\tIn 2008, the Company discovered a large collection of natural, salt water pearls from the wreck of the Spanish galleon, Santa Margarita, which sank in 1622. Over 16,000 pearls were discovered in a sealed lead box that had been preserved under layers of silt on the sea floor for centuries. The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) performed detailed laboratory analysis of the pearls and certified them as natural pearls produced by the mollusk \"Pinctada Imbricata\". They are some of the oldest surviving examples of their type in the world.\n\n\tThe venture's line of pearl jewelry will offer numerous designs set with these rare, one of a kind treasures. Each piece will include a precious metal setting and incorporate one or more unique historic pearl in its design.  \n\n\tRetail Distribution\n\n\tThroughout 2014 and 2015, the Company began developing relationships with various national and international retail outlets. As its jewelry line begins production, it hopes to market these pieces through these outlets.\n\n\tCertification\n\n\tEach piece of jewelry produced and sold by this venture will include a Certificate of Authenticity issued by the Company for that particular piece of jewelry and a serial numbered registration sheet that certifies the piece as part of the Company's Official Treasure Registry.
