has toured and studied all the major gold mines of Nevada. And most
recently, discovered/recommended over a two million oz gold deposit

"This is an important addition to our team. Both Mr. Zimmerman and Mr. Merrick believe strongly in the direction we are taking on both ZPG and the Toiyabe Pediment projects," said WPC Resources President and Director, Al Fabbro. "This belief is supported by Barrick Gold's recent announcement concerning their two new discoveries in the very basin we are exploring. These projects represent bona fide targets in a proven area."
Dr. William Petrick
Dr. Petrick has been appointed as the first member of the Company's
Advisory Board. Dr. Petrick completed his Ph.D. from the University of
Utah in 1984. He has over 30 years experience in the Great Basin, and
has done some preliminary 3D imaging on both Toiyabe and ZPG Projects.
Mr. Fabbro adds, "Bill Petrick is a consummate professional and perfect for his role as Adviser. His 3D imaging will assist us greatly in confirming the three drill hole targets on ZPG and also the six holes planned for the Pediment property. Dr. Petrick is a great addition to the team and adds tremendous value to these projects."
Exploration Update
ZPG and Toyiabe Projects
Permits have been obtained for the program at ZPG. It will encompass
three holes drilled to a depth of approximately 1000 meters each. We
have drill availability for the last week of September and we are
proceeding with that program first. The drill will then move
immediately to the Toiyabe property and a series of six holes will be
drilled there starting in early October. All of our soil sampling and
geo-physics point to specific drill targets.
Quest Lake Project
Our drill program at Quest Lake, Northwest Territories, under the
direction of Wes Raven (P.Geo), has commenced. A series of holes
designed to further explore our findings of last summer will be
completed over the next two weeks.

The Company is just finalizing its announced Private Placement that will
consist of issuing 10-15 million units at $.12 per unit to fund the
Nevada project. It expects to announce completion early next week.
