[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n27 March 2025\n \nBlue Star Capital plc\n \n(\"Blue Star\" or the \"Company\")\n \nDebt Settlement and Issue of Equity\n \nBlue Star Capital plc (AIM: BLU), the investing company with a focus on blockchain, esports and payments, announces that it has agreed to settle an outstanding debt owed to a creditor via the issue of 100,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence (\"Ordinary Shares\") at an issue price of approximately 7 pence per new Ordinary Shares (\"Debt settlement Shares\").\nAdmission and Total Voting Rights\nApplication will be made for the 100,000 Debt Settlement Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM which is expected to occur on or around 31 March 2025 (\"Admission\"). The Debt Settlement Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the ordinary shares of the Company currently traded on AIM.\nFollowing Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 33,813,865 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each.
