BLDV subsidiary,  H360 Labs (formerly Green Orchard Labs) Recieves Final Verification From the DHSS in Missouri, $2.5 Million Raise Can Legally Move Forward.

The State of Missouri, along with many other legal cannabis markets, has strcit regulation on how ownership, control, and beneficial interests are defined for a cannabis license. The use of a 506c offering combined with the uinquie royalty configuration, provided the DHSS in Missouri with the comfort level required. This approval, and final verfication confirms the integrity of the work by the BLDV team to create this project. 

Harvest 360 Technologies LLC, another wholly owned subsidary of BLDV, wrote the winning application in  the laboratory round of licensing in Missouri.  “We thank the entire Green Orchard Team for their commitent to this project.”  said BLDV Chairman Todd Scattini, "With this final verification, this project is cleared to have sucess in Missouri, and to create an impact in Puerto Rico.
