[{"type":"text","content":" MACON, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--\nBlue Bird Corporation (Nasdaq: BLBD), the leader in electric and low-emission school buses, today announced that on November 17, 2023 the Company completed the refinancing of its credit facilities and entered into a new five-year credit agreement with a syndicate of financial institutions as lenders, led by BMO Capital Markets with Joint Lead Arranger partners, including Bank of America.\n\n\nThe Credit Agreement provides for a $100 million term loan and a $150 million revolving credit facility, each maturing on November 17, 2028.
