(TSXV: TBRD, OTCQX: THBRF) (“Thunderbird” or the “Company”) announces that, further to the Company’s news release of December 30, 2025 announcing the postponement of the special meeting (the “Meeting”) of holders (the “Shareholders”) of common shares of Thunderbird (the “Shares”) to vote on the proposed plan of arrangement (the “Arrangement”) involving Blue Ant Media Corporation (TSX: BAMI) (“Blue Ant”), the Company received an amending order (the “Amending Order”) from the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the “Court”) to postpone the hearing date for the final order (the “Final Order”) of the Court, which was originally scheduled for January 14, 2026, to January 26, 2026.
