The Meeting Materials can be accessed either on the Company's website at\n \n www.boatrocker.com\n \n or under the Company's SEDAR+ profile at\n \n www.sedarplus.ca\n \n .\n \n\n The Meeting is to be held on\n \n June 17, 2025\n \n , at\n \n 10:00 a.m.\n \n (\n \n Toronto\n \n time) at the offices of Stikeman Elliott LLP, 5300 Commerce Court West, 199 Bay Street,\n \n Toronto, Ontario\n \n , M5L 1B5,\n \n Canada\n \n .
