Up to 15,000,000 Flow-though units, at a price of\n$0.10 per unit and up to 18,750,000 Non Flow-Through units, at a price\nof $0.08 per unit could be issued, All units will consist of one\ncommon share and one share purchase warrant exercisable at $0.20 per\nshare for a period of 4 years from the closing.\n \n \n \n \n The\n \n \n proceeds from the private\nplacement will be used to advance the Blende property and for general\nworking capital.\n \n \n The private placement is\nsubject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and all securities are\nsubject to a four month hold period.
