Offtake MOU with Yunasko Ltd.
Blencowe Resources Plc has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with Yunasko Ltd. for the offtake of 500 tonnes per annum of purified medium flake graphite from its Orom-Cross Graphite Project over five years, with pricing to be agreed within 24 months. This agreement, which follows successful product qualification and the completion of Blencowe's Definitive Feasibility Study, highlights the high-quality output from Orom-Cross, which will be further upgraded by Blencowe's US partner, American Energy Technology Co., for Yunasko's advanced energy storage and defence applications.
