Annual Financial Report
Blencowe Resources Plc has released its annual results for the year ended 30 September 2025, reporting a total comprehensive loss attributable to equity holders of £1,412,406, an increase from the previous year's loss of £902,801. The company's intangible assets, primarily related to exploration, increased to £10,701,212 from £7,603,793, with capitalised exploration costs rising to £3,929,517. Cash and cash equivalents stood at £868,284 at year-end, up from £114,694. The company has completed its Definitive Feasibility Study for the Orom-Cross Graphite Project and is focused on securing project funding, with a US$5 million technical assistance grant from the US International Development Finance Corporation having disbursed US$4.75 million to date.
