[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n26 May 2023\n \nBlackbird plc\n(the \"Company\")\n \nNotice of 2023 Annual General Meeting\n \nBlackbird plc (AIM: BIRD; OTCQX: BBRDF), the technology licensor, developer and seller of the market-leading cloud video editing platform, Blackbird, announces that the Company's 2023 Annual General Meeting (the \"AGM\") will be held at 10.30 a.m. on 19 June 2023 at Tuition House, 27-37 St George's Road, London, SW19 4EU.\n \nA circular containing the notice of the AGM has been posted today to those shareholders who have elected to receive hard copy communications and will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.blackbird.video/investor-relations.\n \nThe AGM will be run as an open meeting and shareholders are welcome to attend the meeting in person.\n \nShareholders will not receive a form of proxy for the AGM in the post. Instead, they may submit proxy votes electronically using the Share Portal Service at www.signalshares.com, as set out in the notes to the notice of the AGM.
