[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8339L Forbidden Technologies PLC 10 September 2012 \n \n\n10 September 2012\n \nForbidden Technologies plc\n(\"Forbidden\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \nFORscene Cloud to be hosted by Atos in South Africa\n \nForbidden Technologies, the AIM quoted owner and developer of the FORscene cloud-based video editing platform, is pleased to announce that Atos (Pty) Ltd, a systems integrator in South Africa (\"Atos\"), has entered into a memorandum of understanding (\"MoU\") with Forbidden. In accordance with the MoU, Atos plans to license FORscene to run on its own cloud infrastructure within the African continent.\n \nThe proposed licence agreement will allow Atos to add FORscene to its South African portfolio of solutions and to run its own FORscene Cloud, providing hosting and administration, customer support and consulting on web enabled workflow solutions to media clients in South Africa and across the African continent, including broadcasters, advertising agencies and advertisers in the African continent. \n \nThe licensing of a full FORscene Cloud Server by a major systems integrator rapidly adds delivery capacity by making FORscene available through a third party with global reach.\n \nMark Gordon, Country Manager, Atos, South Africa, said:\n \n\"Our media clients are searching for collaborative video tools and the cloud-based platform FORscene meets this need.
