Featured items are appraised and valued before restoration and viewers learn the items' histories and why the owner would like them to be restored. The programme follows the restoration process and at the end the owners are given the opportunity to sell their antiques at auction.\n \nAir Post split-digitised DigiBeta rushes via serial digital interface into FORscene and local storage for in-house editing. With production staff on location across the UK, web-based access enabled the review of recently shot material and gave producers frame-accurate tools to create rough-cut edits.\n \nFORscene's logging interface was used by producers to add notes and highlight important material for the edit ahead of time. Using built-in search tools, the production team was able to find shots quickly in order to create rough-cuts and sync pulls. This provided greater control over material, and made it easy for producers to work on material shot by colleagues during production.\n \nOnce filming was complete, edits created in FORscene were exported as Advanced Authoring Formats ('AAFs') for re-connection with the full resolution media at Air Post.\n \nJo Clements, Post Producer at Air Post, said:\n\"We've been using FORscene over the last 18-months and have explored its wide range of functionality for a number of productions covering different genres. FORscene's flexibility has enabled us to provide it to clients, improving their workflow options.\"\n \nPe...
