Clesh is Forbidden's consumer targeted Cloud video editing and sharing software. Android is Google's mobile operating system.\n \nThere is an explosion in the availability of internet enabled devices, including desktop PCs, home computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones. This has created a need to access material on multiple devices. Hosting video in the Cloud is an effective way of allowing access from anywhere at any time, from any internet device.\n \nThe tablet design, with its high resolution touch screen, is well suited for the simple but powerful Clesh drag-and-drop user interface. The relatively fast ARM Central Processing Units (CPUs), and internet connectivity through 3G and/or WiFi, also play to the strengths of Forbidden's Cloud-based video editing, publishing and hosting software.\n \nThe release of the Samsung Galaxy S Tab this month has enabled Forbidden to develop its Android tablet version of Clesh. Edits are synchronised with the Cloud - and are immediately available from any PC, Mac or tablet running Clesh.\n \nForbidden's professional offering, FORscene, has already handled over 1,000,000 hours of professionally shot content. FORscene's capability to add metadata for search is widely used by its professional customers to speed up editing. This facility is also available in Clesh, making consumer videos published in Clesh readily accessible to search engines.\n \nThe new range of tablet devices, with their online app store charging and delivery infrastructure, presents a promising way into the consumer market. \n \n...
