Temporary Suspension

The Directors of Black Sea Property announce that the Company will not be able to publish its audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2022 by 30 June 2023, as required by the AQSE Growth Market Access Rulebook.

As a result, the Company's ordinary shares will be suspended from trading on the AQSE Growth Market with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 3 July 2023. The suspension will remain in place until the Company's audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2022 have been published.
