BKV Appoints Dilanka Seimon as Company’s First Chief Commercial Officer
DENVER, April 03, 2025--BKV Corporation ("BKV" or the "Company") (NYSE: BKV) today announced it has appointed Dilanka Seimon as Chief Commercial Officer, effective immediately. In this newly created role, Seimon will be responsible for strengthening the Company’s commercial midstream, gas marketing and new products teams, leveraging its carbon capture, utilization and sequestration ("CCUS") portfolio and strong tailwinds in power demand.
