Bird is a member of the Shield Infrastructure Group consortium responsible for the design, build, finance and maintenance of 18 facilities located throughout Ontario. Bird's role relates to the design and construction of the facilities. The consortium plans to reach financial close in the summer of 2010 and commence construction shortly thereafter.
