DuPont as a member of its Board of Directors. Ms. DuPont will also serve on the Audit Committee and Personnel/Safety Committee.\nMs. DuPont retired recently from Enbridge Inc., where she served for 12 years as the senior executive responsible for information technology, human resources, public and government affairs, corporate governance matters, and corporate social responsibility (CSR). She joined Enbridge in 1998 after 20 years of prior executive experience.\nMs. DuPont joins other members J. Richard Bird, J. Judd Buchanan, Paul A. Charette, D. Greg Doyle, J. Urban Joseph, Paul R. Raboud, Tim J. Talbott and Arni C.
