(“\n \n Birchcliff\n \n ”) (TSX: BIR) is pleased to announce that at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on May 15, 2025 (the “\n \n Meeting\n \n ”), shareholders elected all six of the proposed director nominees listed in Birchcliff’s information circular dated March 26, 2025 (the “\n \n Information Circular\n \n ”) and approved all other matters voted upon at the Meeting.\n \n\n The matters voted upon at the Meeting were discussed in detail in the Information Circular, a copy of which is available on SEDAR+ at\n \n www.sedarplus.ca\n \n and on Birchcliff’s website at\n \n www.birchcliffenergy.com\n \n .
