(PINK: RTCI) (the \"Company\") is pleasedto report it signed a Letter of Intent with TNI BioTech, Inc. (“TNI”). TNI wasformed for the sole purpose of acquiring the patents and research of Dr.Nicholas P. Plotnikoff. For years, Dr.Plotnikoff has specialized in research activities directed toward the study ofcytokines which are hormones naturally produced by the immune system. Theprimary cytokine under study is methionine encephalin (“MEK”). TNI hasdeveloped and patented MEK as a treatment for cancer, AIDS, and other infectiousdiseases. TNI acquired all of Dr. Plotnikoff’s patents in March 2012. TheCompany intends to commercialize the MEK product and make it available as atreatment for cancer, AIDS and other infectious diseases. Aspart of the above-contemplated transaction, pH Environmental Inc, has agreed tochange the name of the Company from pH Environmental Inc to TNI BioTech, Inc.,and will issue a Six Percent (6%) divided to the existing shareholders of pH EnvironmentalInc as of April 23, 2012. Ms.Griffin, the current Sole Officer and Director of pH Environmental Inc willresign her positions but will continue providing consulting services to the Company. The new Officers and Board of Directors ofTNI BioTech, Inc., will assume their roles upon closing.
