OTC Markets Group Welcomes Newly Verified OTCQB Companies – June 15

EF Hutton America, Inc. (OTCQB: HUTN) – EF Hutton America, through its subsidiaries, is to market branded financial services through multiple channels including its institutional division and its digital division.

Immune Therapeutics, Inc. (OTCQB: IMUN) – Immune Therapeutics is a biotechnology company developing and seeking to commercialize patented therapies in emerging nations that combat chronic, life-threatening diseases by stimulating or rebalancing the immune system.

Its technology platform is based on two interrelated cytokine drug therapies - Low-Dose Naltrexone (LDN) and Methionine Enkephalin (MENK) - which work by triggering opioid receptors on immune cells to activate various cells of the immune system.

Innocap, Inc. (OTCQB: INNO) – In May 2011, Innocap entered into agreements with its new president who brought the company a new business plan of finding and assisting in the salvage of sunken ships.  Its new president, Paul Tidwell, devotes fulltime to implementing the new business plan.  He has extensive experience in finding and salvaging sunken ships.  Some of his activities have been filmed and shown on networks like the History Channel and Discovery Channel.  To accomplish this new business plan, the company will have to raise substantial debt or equity capital or conduct projects jointly with other parties who provide project funding since each project is likely to require several million dollars.  Each project will require a surface vessel and crew, small submarine, salvage equipment and sophisticated cameras and filming equipment.

Since May 2011, Paul Tidwell has been working fulltime identifying the specific projects that the company will attempt to undertake initially and seek financing for those projects.  As part of those plans, the company considers applicable maritime and international laws concerning the ownership of any recovered items.  It also considers projects that may be attractive for the sale of video rights to the search and recovery efforts.
