(TSXV:BRM) announces that it has\ngranted options to purchase a total of 190,000 common shares to its senior\nmanagement in accordance with its stock option plan which was recently amended\nby the board of directors. The options were granted at an exercise price of\n$0.48 per share and have an expiry date of ten years ending December 30, 2018.\nThe amendments to the stock option plan approved by the directors are subject\nto shareholder approval and, accordingly, the option grants will expire if\nsuch approval is not obtained.\n\n\nAbout BIOREM(R)\n\n\nBIOREM manufactures Biosorbens(R) biofilter media and is a leading\nsupplier of biofilters for air pollution control in municipal and industrial\napplications, including BIOCUBE(R) modular units and Mytilus(R) biotrickling\nfilters.
