The Company \n is in the process of identifying a replacement CFO and Mark Day, Ph.D., \n director, president and chief executive officer, will serve as interim \n CFO. With Mr. Lowe’s departure, the Company has retained a public \n accounting and advisory services firm, which will be better able to \n locally support Bioasis in Connecticut, to provide accounting and \n bookkeeping services.
