[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 4333S Billington Holdings PLC 02 October 2017 \n\nBillington Holdings Plc\n \n(\"the Company\" or \"Billington\")\n \nTrading by Employee Benefit Trust\n \nPDMR Holdings\n \nThe Company confirms that it has received notice that on 2nd October 2017, Ocorian Trustees (Jersey) Limited as trustees of the Billington Holdings ESOP Trust and as nominee on behalf of the underlying shareholders, have resolved to transfer all the shares they held in nominee to the underlying beneficial holders following their intention to close of the scheme.\nAccordingly, the Ocorian trustees have disposed of 33,100 Ordinary Shares in the Company for nil consideration to the underlying shareholders. This includes a disposal of 14,000 to SGT Fareham, a non-executive director of the Company.
