[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0490B Billington Holdings PLC 27 January 2020 \n\n27 January 2020\n \nBillington Holdings Plc\n(\"the Company\" or \"Billington\")\nPDMR/PCA Dealings\n \nThe Company confirms today that share options over 19,834 ordinary shares have been exercised pursuant to the rules of the Company's Tax Advantaged Plan by two executive Directors.\n \nThe ordinary shares will be transferred by Ocorian Trustees (Jersey) Limited as trustee of the Employee Share Ownership Trust (the \"Trust\") on exercise.\n \nMark Smith\n \nMark Smith has exercised the options over 9917 Ordinary Shares pursuant to the options granted on 18 January 2016. The Trust has retained 7,576 Ordinary Shares to cover the exercise price of £3.025 per share and this has resulted in the issue of 2,341 Ordinary Shares to Mr Smith.\n \nTrevor Taylor\n \nTrevor Michael Taylor has exercised the options over 9917 Ordinary Shares pursuant to the options granted on 18 January 2016.
