Dividend Declaration

AMCO Corporation PLC 19 December 2001 AMCO CORPORATION PLC (the 'Company') DIVIDEND STATEMENT The board stated at the time of its Interim Results released on 30 August 2001 that, in order to conserve resources for property development, an interim dividend would not be declared for the period. However, as a result of the Company's improved cash position since the Interim Results statement was released, the board has decided to declare an interim dividend of 5.00p per Ordinary share payable on 31 December 2001 to shareholders on the register as at 31 December 2001.
