Mr Swire now has an interest in 22,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.17 per cent. of the current issued share capital. The Company was also notified today that DM Jackson, the Commercial Director of the Company, today sold 6,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 118 pence per share. Mr Jackson now has an interest in 10,500 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.08 per cent. of the current issued share capital.
