Stephen (aged 56 years) has been managing\ndirector Billington Structures Limited, the group's principal structural steel\nsubsidiary, since 1991. He is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Institution\nof Structural Engineers and a member of the Institution of Occupational Safety\nand Health.
