Trading Update

Big Technologies plc announced new business wins in Lithuania, Latvia, and Pierce County, Washington, with a new contract in Prince Edward Island, Canada, expected to generate annual recurring revenue in 2026 and reduce customer concentration, notably a £0.6m ARR from Lithuania with potential to grow to €6m over three years. The company also formed a strategic partnership with US-based Recovery Monitoring Solutions and received FCC approval for its new AlcoBreath product, combining breath alcohol detection, GPS, and facial recognition. These developments, alongside strong performance in the second half of 2025, reinforce confidence in meeting market expectations for 2025 revenue between £48.5m and £49.5m, with adjusted EBITDA between £23.7m and £24.5m.
