Notice of AGM and posting of Annual Report and Accounts
Big Technologies plc, the UK-based, remote people monitoring technology company, confirms that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), form of proxy and Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 have been posted to shareholders.
An electronic copy of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM is also available on the Company's website - www.bigtechnologies.co.uk.
The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of Hill Dickinson, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London EC2A 2EW at 11.00 a.m. on 23 May 2023.
