(TSX: BR) (\"Big Rock\" or the \"Corporation\") announces today that Tracie Noble has been appointed as Interim Chief Financial Officer (\"CFO\") effective December 30, 2016.  This follows the November 18, 2016 announcement regarding the resignation of Big Rock's current Chief Executive Officer (\"CEO\"), Bob Sartor, and the appointment of Barbara Feit, the Company's current CFO, as Interim CEO, both effective December 30, 2016.  \n\nMs. Noble is currently the Corporation's Controller and she has been with Big Rock since September 2016. She holds a CPA-CA designation and has more than 20 years of finance experience, primarily in the energy sector.  Most recently, Ms. Noble served as the Vice President Finance and CFO of Virginia Hills Oil Corp. from February 2015 to June 2016 and previously served as Controller of Pinecrest Energy for a period of four years.
