(TSXV: BRAU) (OTCQB: ALVLF) (\"Big Ridge\" or the \"Company\") announces that it has received conditional acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the expiry date of 22,175,533 outstanding, unlisted common share purchase warrants (the \"Warrants\") originally issued on June 30, 2021. For further information concerning the original issuance of the Warrants, please refer to the press release of the Company dated June 30, 2021.Each Warrant currently entitles the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.18 per common share at any time up to 4:30 p.m. local time in Toronto, Ontario on June 30, 2023 (the \"Expiry Date\"). Effective on June 30, 2023, the Company will extend Expiry Date to June 30, 2024.
