[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\nVANCOUVER, July 13 /CNW/ - CONSOLIDATED GOLD WIN VENTURES INC.\n(CGW TSX-V) has completed the 3-D Induced Polarization (IP) survey mapping on\nits South Dolly Varden gold copper claims in Elko County Nevada.\nThe preliminary IP results show that the near surface response,\nreflecting the scattered veins and mineralization noted in the preliminary\ngeological mapping, melds into a distinctive large chargeability anomaly at\ndepth. Co-relation of rock and soil samples taken earlier is good with several\nmineralized outcrops directly above the chargeability anomaly at depth.\nA review of the 59 grab rock samples taken outlined several anomalous\nmolybdenum analyses (100 ppm range with one associated with the high grade\nsilver sample of 1305 ppm Mo) and anomalous values in uranium (3 samples had\n190, 160 and 130 ppm U) all associated with the high grade copper and zinc\ngrab samples (up to 9.34% copper and up to 20.2% zinc). The association of\nminerals requires further investigation but suggests that the source of the\nmineralization is quite metaliferrous.\nThis work has been designed to delineate specific drill targets in the\nskarn and intrusive related mineralization that is analogous to the Fortitude\ntype of gold deposit in east central Nevada. With these initial results, a\nfurther geological mapping and sampling program has been initiated. Specific\ndrill targets are being selected from the IP data and the drill permitting\nprocess has been commenced.\nThe Dolly Varden area is recognized as a classic eastern Great Basin\ndistrict with base and precious metals associated with upper Paleozoic\nsediments intruded by Cretaceous auriferous magmas, which is a similar\ngeological setting to the Battle Mountain Fortitude skarn gold type of\ndeposit.\nThe company is awaiting the caustic fusion diamond analysis by\nKennecott's Thunder Bay Ontario Laboratory of this winter's drilling on the\nDrybones Bay area Mud Lake diamondiferous kimberlite.\n\nLaurence Stephenson, P.
