The\n announcement was made by the Honourable Ed Fast, Minister of\n International Trade at Albania's Independence Day reception in Ottawa\n yesterday.\n\n\nAs the largest foreign direct investor in Albania, Bankers is pleased to\n support the FIPA treaty designed to provide a legal framework between\n host governments to promote and protect investments abroad. Bankers\n views this treaty as a mutually beneficial agreement for both Albania\n and Canada, part of an ongoing strategy to facilitate investment flows,\n contribute to job creation and economic growth.
