The exercise is in accordance with the terms of a warrant\ninstrument dated 29 January 2004 (as adjusted to take into account the 1 for 20\nshare consolidation effected by the Company on 28 September 2006). The warrant\nwas exercised by Mr W N V Weller, a former director of the Company.\n\nApplication will be made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading\non AIM.
