[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n25 June 2025\n \nBezant Resources PLC\n(\"Bezant\" or the \"Company\")\n \nHope & Gorob Award of Mining Licence\n \nBezant Resources (\"Bezant\" or the \"Company\") further to its announcements in April 2025 regarding the award of the Environmental Clearance Certificate (\"ECC\") for the Hope and Gorob Mining Project ML 246 on EPL 5796 in Namibia is pleased to inform shareholders that the Ministry of Mines and Energy has now issued the formal mining certificate for Mining Licence ML 246 which is valid until 31 March 2040 to Hope and Gorob Mining (Pty) Ltd which is 70% owned by Bezant.\n \nColin Bird, Executive Chairman of Bezant, commented \"We would like to thank the Ministry of Mines and Energy for their confidence in awarding the Hope and Gorob mining licence. Pending the formal issue of the mining licence we have in the background been working on the numerous workstreams and activities required to build and commission the Hope & Gorob mine.
