(TSXV: BEW, OTCQB: BEWFF) (\"BeWhere\" or the \"Company\") is pleased to announce that it has closed its final tranche of the non-brokered private placement of Common Shares.  The aggregate total of 7,165,000 Common Shares at a price of $0.30 per Common Share have been issued pursuant to the private placement, for total gross proceeds of $2,149,500.\n\n \n\nThe 1,000,000 Common Shares issued on the final tranche of the private placement are subject to a statutory four month hold period, which expires February 12, 2018.  Finders’ fees have been paid in cash in an amount equal to 6% of the gross proceeds from the sale of some of the Common Shares issued on th...
