[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 6013I Beowulf Mining PLC 04 July 2013  \n \n\n4 July 2013\nBeowulf Mining Plc\n(\"Beowulf\" or the \"Company\")\n \nResult of Annual General Meeting and \nUpdate re Kallak North Test Mining Operations\nBeowulf (AIM: BEM; Aktietorget: BEO), the mineral exploration company focused on developing its Kallak North and Kallak South iron ore deposits in northern Sweden, announces that the resolutions proposed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, as set out in the notice dated 10 June 2013, were all duly approved by shareholders.\nKallak North Test Mining\nFurther to the announcement of 8 May 2013, the Company also announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Jokkmokk Iron Mines AB, has now commenced its preliminary test mining fieldwork on a defined area of the Kallak North deposit.\nThe test mining operations will include, inter alia, limited forest clearing, till removal, the cleaning of exposed bedrock (for geological mapping), drilling and blasting of 16 test pits and road transport by truck of approximately 400 tonnes of mineralised material to a pilot plant in Finland. To date, all five of the trenches planned for the fieldwork, totaling 300 metres in length, have been completed to expose the mineralised bedrock as expected.
