[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 2474J Beowulf Mining PLC 12 July 2013 \n\n12 July 2013\nBeowulf Mining Plc\n(\"Beowulf\" or the \"Company\")\n \nPosting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting\nBeowulf (AIM: BEM; Aktietorget: BEO), the mineral exploration company focused on developing its Kallak North and Kallak South iron ore deposits in northern Sweden, is pleased to announce that further to its announcement of 10 July 2013 a circular incorporating a Notice of General Meeting (\"GM\") is now available to download from the Company's website at: www.beowulfmining.net and has today been posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive hardcopy shareholder communications from the Company. \n \nThe Company's forthcoming GM will be held at 2.30 p.m. on Monday 12 August 2013 at Juxon House, 100 St Pauls Churchyard, London EC4M 8BU.
