[{"type":"text","content":"\n Beowulf Mining PLC\n02 October 2006\n\n\nPRESS RELEASE\n\n\n BEOWULF MINING REPORTS\n FURTHER DRILLING AT THE GRUNDTRASK GOLD PROSPECT, NORTHERN SWEDEN.\n\nLondon 2 October: Beowulf Mining PLC (AIM:BEM), the AIM listed mineral\nexploration company is pleased to announce that a further drilling programme is\nto begin in October on the company's 100%-owned Grundtrask gold project in the\nSkellefte Mining District, N. Sweden. This resource drilling programme will be\nfocussed on the southern extension of the 'Central Gold Zone' where high gold\ngrades recently have been reported from drilling by Beowulf. Further extensions\nof this zone are to be tested.\n\n\nThe gold mineralisation, which presently is known to extend for over 750 m, is\nopen both along strike and at depth.\n\n\nDetailed geological logging of drill cores has identified extensive alteration\nzones and shearing associated with the gold mineralisation.
