The chairman's statement, review of operations and activities, and financial information has been extracted from the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2016. \n \nThe financial information included in this announcement does not constitute the Group's statutory financial statements as defined in section 434 of the Companies Act 2006, but is derived from those accounts. The financial information for the year ended 31 December 2016 has been extracted from the audited accounts of Beowulf Mining plc which will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies in due course. The auditors reported on those accounts and their report was unqualified and did not contain a statement under section 498 (2) or (3) of the Companies Act 2006.
