Edgar, B.Sc., P. Geol. is a Professional Geologist who has been active in the oil and gas exploration and development business in Canada and internationally for nearly 40 years.  Mr. Edgar has been involved in the design and implementation of many successful exploration and development programs in western Canada, Australia and Eastern Europe. Mr. Edgar is a member of the Petroleum Exploration Society of Great Britain, the Petroleum Exploration Society of Australia, the Canadian Society of Professional Geologists and the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta which institution has awarded him the designation of Professional Geologist.  He holds a BSc in Geology from the University of Alberta.Mr. Edgar serves as Chairman of the board of Shelton Canada Corp. a former member of the board of TriStar Oil & Gas Ltd., which merged with Petrobakken Energy Ltd. in a multi-billion dollar transaction.  Mr. Edgar currently serves on the boards of Bengal Energy Ltd,., Shelton Petroleum AB, and as President and Director of Poplar Creek Resources Inc.  Richard Edgar is an independent member of the board in relation to the company and its majority shareholders.The Company also wishes to announce that it has issued 1,020,000 options at an exercise price of $0.10 per share for a period of 5 years to directors, officers, and consultants of the Company.The Company is a junior natural resource exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of economically viable natural resources.  The Company's 8,787 hectare Piebiter mineral property is comprised of 11 mineral claims located in southwest British Columbia.  The Property contains 13 BC MinFile occurrences within its boundaries and it is approximately 10 km southeast along strike on the Cadwallader fault system from the famous Bralorne and Pioneer mines.  The prolific Bralorne camp has produced over 4.2 million oz. of gold since the early 1900s - it is BC's...
