Avery Resources Files Financials for Year Ended March 31st 2007

CALGARY, July 24 /CNW/ - Avery Resources Inc. (TSX-V: ARY) has filed its annual disclosure documents for the year ended March 31, 2007.

In addition, Avery has filed its Annual Information Form for the period ended March 31, 2007, which includes the disclosure and reports relating to reserves data and other natural gas and petroleum information required pursuant to National Instrument 51-101 of the Canadian Securities Administrators.
