BEML Limited has informed the Exchange regarding a press release dated April 08, 2026, titled "BEML Limited and M/s Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited, New Delhi, have agreed to jointly bid for identifying, pursuing, and executing opportunities under a strategic partnership for Rail and Metro Projects in India and abroad. To conceptualize the same, a Memorandum of Understanding has been signed on 08.04.2026.".
