BQ Metals Terminates Acquisition

VANCOUVER, Aug. 30, 2017 /CNW/ - BQ METALS CORP. (the "Company" or "BQ") (TSXV: BQ.H) has provided notice of termination of the acquisition transaction which was announced on May 31, 2017.  A number of conditions to closing which were required to have been met by July 31, 2017, including acquisition financing, were not met, and the Company has elected to terminate the transaction.  The Company will remain focussed on the acquisition of exploration, development, and/or production stage base metal opportunities.

The Company anticipates that trading in its shares will be reinstated on Friday September 1, 2017.
