(OTCID: BMXC), a private label development\r\n company today announced it has signed a significant purchase agreement with\r\n Kalvin Resources, a division of Asfara Resources, a leading Malaysia crude palm\r\n oil refinery for the supply of refined oil. This agreement is a key step in\r\n strengthening Bemax's supply chain and ensuring a consistent, reliable source\r\n of for its private label brands of household oil products. \r\n\r\nUnder the terms of\r\n the multi-year agreement, Bemax will purchase a minimum of 100 metric tons of\r\n refined palm oil (RBD Oil, CP 10 per month from Asfara Resources through Kalvin\r\n Resources, a division of Asfara. The refined palm oil will be sourced from Malaysia\r\n and delivered via cost, insurance and freight (CIF) terms to Bemax’s designated\r\n shipping destinations.\r\n\r\nThis agreement emphasizes Bemax's commitment to responsible sourcing of its\r\n private label brands of refined CP 10 oil. The refined palm oil purchased under\r\n this agreement is according to the General Terms and Definitions as set out in\r\n the INCOTERMS 2000 Editions.
