(the \"AGM\"). The AGM will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2020 at 10:00 am PST; 1:00 pm Toronto (EDT); 7:00 pm Frankfurt (CEST) at 1450-789 W Pender St, Vancouver, BC V6C 1H2 and will be accessible to all shareholders via Webcast. In compliance with the current government orders and guidelines aimed at ensuring public safety in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, please be advised that Belmont may be required to refuse entry to the shareholders at the scheduled meeting location. We thank our shareholders for not presenting themselves at the meeting location or appointing any proxyholder to do so. Only those directors or officers, as necessary for the proper conduct of the meeting, will be in attendance. In order to streamline the meeting process, the Company strongly encourages shareholders to vote in advance of the meeting using the Form of Proxy or Voting Instruction Form mailed to them with the meeting materials.
